OUR SEARCH PROCESS

At REPH Recruiting we consider our clients' time precious. The REPH search process is designed to ensure our clients an efficient, on-target, highly productive experience on each and every assignment. No short cuts taken. We strive for a "professional to professional" relationship with our clients. We achieve this by results, not unfilled promises.
Our search strategy is based on each client's individual circumstances:

RETAINED SEARCH.
Reserved for when a client has deadlines that require 100% of our attention.

CONTINCENCY SEARCH.
Most staffing needs will fall under contingency. We prefer “exclusive contingency” assignments, where we are the only search firm. We realize we need to earn your trust, so we are ok with “non-exclusive contingency” assignments.

SOURCING.
This service offering is for a limited situation when a client desires to just have us provide the names of interested candidates. We don’t assist in interviews, offers, etc...
